The MetroFi 220 Earphones from Ultimate Ears are by far better than
your standard MP3 player headphones. For a budget friendly price you
get a decent pair of earphones that are aesthetically pleasing and are
very comfortable to wear. Although they aren’t a replacement for a
studio quality headset, they reduce some ambient noise thus making
listening easier. We were generally satisfied with these earphone. Sound enthusiasts will find these earphones have very weak low-bass and generated very distinctive distortion in our low bass frequency test. Unlike the Bose In-Ear headphones which we compared them against; many of our tests made them incomparable, with the slightly pricier Bose set leading the way. If you’re looking for a decent pair of headphones and not to concerned with having the most superior sound quality; these earphones are the way to go. |
